After earning a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Stetson University, Ms. Ohall went on to receive a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 1994.

Ms. Ohall is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
